The second Poster Monday spot of the day belongs to (José) David Jimenez from Ecuador for his poster entitled “I have the right to study too”. David has been designing poster since his early days at the university, he felt in love with the idea and possibility of communicating relevant subjects with the power of an image.

The poster was designed for “Poster for Tomorrow” poster contest 2011 edition. The brief that year was “Right to Education”. “As soon as I read those words, images of children started to appear in my mind” says David, the poster was there.

As David pictured in his mind images of multiple children, he started to sketch on paper. He did the poster as inclusive as possible by including a stereotype of all the children in the world that don’t have access to a proper educational system.
