Poster Monday: Voice&Piano Festival
For the first Poster Monday spot we have a poster designed by Antek Korzeniowski from Poland entitled “Voice&Piano Festival”. Antek was born in Kraków (Poland) in 1983, studied instrumental music and meanwhile he started a self- taught adventure on graphic design. After graduation he began to work as a graphic designer, firstly for his alma mater, the Academy of Music in Krakow and later for the studio otwarte and ergo:design.
The poster “Voice&Piano Festival” was made for a music festival of classical singers and piano players. “I wanted to show voice and singing in different ways, therefore used the symbol of nightingale in a cage and mixed it with piano keys. It was an interesting project for this festival we had five different posters (one for each day of the festival) and a program book.” says Antek.
Antek has been designing posters from 10 years now, and except for branding design, this is his main specialization. If you would like to learn more from Antek’s work we subject you to visit the sites mentioned above and also Antek’s personal site at antek.korzeniowski.com.
