The team
Christopher Scott is an internationally recognised social awareness poster designer. Born in Northern Ireland, he received both a bachelors and a masters degree in Design and Communication from the University of Ulster, Magee. The concepts of his posters are paramount to his visuals, and his work communicates strong and meaningful messages with humanity at the core of his designs.
Scott has been recognised by many organisations and his work has been exhibited worldwide including the Louvre in Paris, France. He also has been a member of multiple international juries.
Currently he is a Professor of Graphic Design at the Universidad Tecnológica Equinoccial.
A bold creator, empowering communicator and life–long learner, Natalia Delgado is a Mexican design educator & social entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in her field. She holds a BA in Graphic Communication Design and a MA in Sciences and Arts for Design from the Universidad Autonomy Metropolitana in Mexico, and a PhD in Art Education from the University of Victoria in Canada.
She works as a professor for CETYS University and is a consultant for the international non-profit Poster for Tomorrow. Natalia has shared her unique design process and vision at several conferences and workshops all over the world and her award-winning work has been exhibited at more than 150 locations worldwide and featured in numerous international publications.
Graphic designer and illustrator, currently working for kola Loka industries in the development of packaging, illustration, games, toys and character development for children. He has specialized in social poster design and has worked for different publishing houses and well as created signage and visual merchadising for department stores.
As head of Luis Yañez Estudio he works in packaging, illustration, branding and other projects. In 2017 he funds and directs SPEAK UP POSTER! International Invitational Poster Exhibition, an initiative that seeks to promote Social Mobility.
His posters have been selected and displayed in different biennials, contests and events around the world.
Daniela Fernandez is a graphic designer and creative artist from Ensenada, Mexico.
She is a professor at the Universidad Interamericana para el Desarrollo (UNID) and works independently coordinating local and regional graphic design & artistic projects.
Daniela is a national CONACYT scholar, currently studying an MBA with concentration in Marketing at CETYS University.
Andrew Mayberry is an artist from British Columbia, who is currently based in Toronto. His traditional work combines variations of textures with mixed media techniques on canvas. His digital work is focused on graphic design and video. Andrew is a graduate of the Bachelor of Applied Arts Illustration program at Sheridan College, and has exhibited his paintings and designs internationally.
He was born in Mexico and has a degree in Graphic Design and Master of Science and Arts for Design. He has extensive practical experience in graphic design, particularly in the creation of posters.
His focus is the research of the relationship between graphic design and media ecology. He has taught design at several universities in Mexico and he is founder of the organization I Love Design in Durango.
Elizabeth Resnick is a Professor Emerita, former chair of Graphic Design and current part-time faculty at Massachusetts College of Art and Design, Boston, Massachusetts. She earned her B.F.A. and M.F.A. degrees in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design. She has organized seven comprehensive design exhibitions.
Her publications include Developing Citizen Designers, Design for Communication: Conceptual Graphic Design Basics, and Graphic Design: A Problem-Solving Approach to Visual Communication. She is currently working on The Social Design Reader. She has led poster workshops and lectured throughout the United States, Mexico, Ireland, England, China, South Korea, Iceland and Bolivia.
Born in 1983 in Russia.Graduated from the Institute of Architecture in 2007. Many worked as architect and interior designer, also illustrating newspapers and magazines.
Designer at Erarta, Museum of Contemporary Russian Art. In 2015 he won 1st place in the category Illustration by Behance Russia. Collaborates as designer and illustrartor with poets and writers. Takes part in Russian and international exhibitions of graphic design and contemporary art.
