Milton Glaser (b.1929) is among the most celebrated graphic designers in the United States. He has had the distinction of one-man-shows at the Museum of Modern Art and the Georges Pompidou Center. As a Fulbright scholar, Glaser studied with the painter, Giorgio Morandi in Bologna, and is an articulate spokesman for the ethical practice of design.
All the way from Argentina our new Poster Master is the amazing Pablo Kunst, a designer as friendly and humble as he is talented. Pablo Kunst is the founder and director of the Latin American and Caribbean Alliance of Design. He is a founding partner of the first graphic design school in Rosario, Argentina.
Mario Fuentes is an Ecuadorian Poster Artist born in the city of Ibarra. His work has been awarded with the Bronze Prize at the 10th International Poster Triennial in Toyama – Japan, Honorable Mention at the 12th BICM (International Poster Biennial of Mexico), Second place in the COW International Design Festival 2013. Category COWposter in Ukraine, Second Place in the International Competition “Shouts to View” 2013 for Animal Dignity and among the best 10 posters of Poster for Tomorrow project 2011, and many more.
Our new Poster Master needs no introduction. Stefan Sagmeister is amongst today’s most important and influential graphic designers. He has been a hero and a personal source of inspiration for many of the members of the Poster Poster family, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to share his work with you.
Moises Romero aka. Playmoy is a graphic designer from Guadalajara, Mexico who defines posters as his passion and has dedicated the last few years to the study and practice of this field. Through posters, Moises feels he can express his view on issues that affect the world.
Yossi Lemel was born in 1957 in Jerusalem Israel. He graduated from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem, where he later became a professor. He has had 18 solo exhibitions and has acted as a jury member in numerous biennials around the world, including Moscow, Paris, Venice and Mexico City.
