On July 2011 The Cincinnati Art Museum celebrated the Amazing American Circus Posters with an exhibition that included 80 vibrant posters from the Golden Age of American Circus Culture, that took place between 1878 and 1939. The video we are sharing today, created by Antiques and The Arts Weekly, shows some of the best posters from that exhibition. All these images were created by Strobridge Lithographing Company, which became the leading printer for circuses of that time.
