Poster Monday: Animal Dignity
For the first Poster Monday spot of the month we are featuring the poster “Animal Dignity” from our previously featured designer Elizabeth Roman. Eli was born in Durango, México. Eli’s work is recognized by the clean and careful manufacture of the models that she builds using various materials as well as her use of photography. Some of her works have been exhibited collectively in Mexico, Italy, Japan, Germany, Venezuela and the USA.
“Animal Dignity” is a call to our conscience, an invitation to rethink the conditions in which our food is produced. “Farm animals are destined to a life of torture and agony, a situation we prefer to ignore in favor of our daily comfort. If we realize and learn about it, we may be able to demand producers to give farm animals a respectable life” says Eli.
