Poster Monday: Believe in what you say
For the first Poster Monday spot of the day we are featuring a poster from Ethan Park who lives in London, UK and works at Thomson Reuters in the Financial & Risk department as a Senior Visual Designer.
The poster featured here “Believe in what you say”, was made for the “Good” Series, a personal project from Ethan. The concept he had in mind was, how to represent feeling and beliefs in a visual way.
Ethan told us that he played with several lettering and with whatever he had around to design the posters for this Serie. So guess what, he ended up using facial cream to write on the wood board to create this poster. Particular choise, but even so, this poster has an interesting message and yes, a really tasty execution. A good reason why typographical posters are so popular these days.
Despite this amazing work Ethan does not design many posters because he is not bound to a particular medium and enjoys exploring new ways to communicate ideas and thought. If you would like to know more about Ethan’s work visit his personal site and follow him on Twitter.
