Poster Monday: “Full of Magma”
Welcome to Poster Monday. For the first spot of July we have a poster from Jannete Mark. She is a graphic designer based in Moscow, and is a founder and designer in several Moscow studios. Jannete is constantly in search of something new, whether a new interesting subject or technique of execution.
The poster featured above entitled “Full of Magma” is an argument about emptiness and an overabundance of information; these concepts are some of the main sensations of modern man. When an overabundance of information confuses us, we cease to understand what we really feel and think. This oversaturation is facilitated by the splash of the accumulated to free some space in your head. On the poster “Full of Magma” we can see the pick of it, when we can’t understand ourselves and nobody can. We are like a motionless and static volcano, ready to explode and destroy everything around. The end is always the beginning, the cycle of things are inevitable and sometimes even favorable.
