The DJ Academy of Design in India organized the exhibition Contemporary Japanese Posters, that ended last month on April 11th. The exhibition showcased 75 high quality posters designed by 15 renowned graphic designers from the Bubble Economy period of Japan. The posters addressed a range of themes, including environment and culture. The artists were chosen as they treated poster as social art. The exhibition was curated by the Japan Foundation and is part of an ongoing initiative by DJ Academy of Design to spread design awareness in the public domain.
