Evelin Kasikov is an Estonian born, London based designer and illustrator who has created an An unusual style to make posters. She designs printed and embroidered projects, i.a. handmade types, embroidered CMYK alphabet or colour charts. Her works are very detalied and labor-intensive connecting hand made embroidery with graphic design to create this unusual and eye catching effect. Amongst her works you can find not only posters but also books, t-shirts, an instalation (embroided wall) and many other things. If you’ll look close, you’ll see an interesting, colorfull, crosshatch effect, and if you back off and look at the piece from some distance, you’ll get just the right form and meaning.
