With the presence of authorities, representatives of the migrant community and visitors in general the poster exhibition Retrocartel by Juan Manuel Madriz was officially inaugurated in the Extension Center (Centex), of the Ministry of Culture, Arts and Heritage in Chile.

The Venezuelan artist, Juan Manuel Madriz Pontiles, born in Coro, Venezuela presented his exhibition that showcased many of his social posters that have won many awards all over the world.
