Poster Monday: PacVid
For the third Poster Monday of September we have a poster from Luis Antonio Rivera Rodríguez. He was born in Puebla, Mexico. He is graduated from the Benemerita Universidad Autonoma de Puebla. Master in Marketing Among the positions and functions developed are: coordinator, teacher and thesis advisor in the Graphic Design degree at the Higher School of Sciences and Humanities Puebla, co-founder of the monokromatic graphic studio.
Covid 19 has become a recurring theme in all the media and the poster that we present is thought about the situation we are experiencing in the world, where we are in confinement and we can only go out to do essential things and within these routes we can also contract this virus so it was thought that we are playing a game where the most important thing is to stay at home so as not to be reached by it, the pacman game was taken as an element since it has a lot of reference to what we are going through these days, they were added elements to refer to the fact that we should stay at home to help ourselves not to contract this disease. “I believe that poster design, if used well, can be a very good communication tool, as is the poster that, despite the years, is still in force and continues to fulfill its function, which is to give a message” tell us Luis.
