The poster “Special Court” is belonging to a theater, written by russian writer “Vladimir Nikolajevic Vojnovic” and directed by theater director “Foad Abbasi”. This play is about a russian communist court, that is very brutal. The court intends to convict an innocent man and he’s wife to death, and finally they do. “I decided to use the real elements of communist’s symbol: “The sickle and the hammer”, and also I wanted to show prison wall-writing and torturing wounds by my typography. I think the result is match with the play” says Rasool.
