The second Poster Monday spot of the day belongs to Jakub Zasada from Poland for his poster entitled Vinyl Record Fair. Jakub desi­gns posters for cul­tu­ral events, inde­pen­dent films and many more. His work is stron­gly inspi­red by the Polish School of Posters but also by a chil­dlike and pri­mi­ti­vi­stic joy of lac­king any arti­stic talent. He desi­gns series of posters with vinyl and is an avid enthu­siast of the work of Geo­r­ges Brassens. “Making a posters is not my really work, i do it for fun and relax. For me is something like meditation” says Jakub.

This poster is an invitation to the Vinyl Record Fair – a local music event in Wrocław that belongs  to a series of fairs organised by Klub Firlej and the Amplifikator Music Lovers’ Association. The event is designed for all of those who wish to buy, sell or exchange records, The fair offers a great selection of vinyl records, CDs, cassettes as well as DVDs with live performances, musical gadgets and magazines.
