Poster Title: Black Lives Matter
The last Poster Monday spot of the month goes to Nuriman Zakiroghlu for his poster Black Lives Matter, born in Azerbaijan he has experienced in visual communication and problem-solving, currently working as a freelancer.
Black Lives Matter is a decentralized movement advocating for non-violent civil disobediencein the United States in protest against incidents of police brutality and all racially motivated violence against Black people. The poster that we now display reflects the protection of black rights in this country, but also shows that the murder of George Floyd by a police officer tarnished the Blue Lives Matter, which was created in 2014. “The poster features an edited Blue Lives Matter flag. By hiding the black text, it was emphasized that not only blacks but also lives, in general, are important” says Nuriman.
