For December’s first poster Monday spot we have a poster coming from Iran designed by Morteza Haraeeni who was born in 1992 in Tehran. Morteza has a Master’s degree in Graphic Art from Tehran University of Art; previously we had already shown his poster Alone.

This poster was made for the play based on the book The Eclipse of Ayub Aga Khani which depicts the story that unfolds in the tent of an Afghan man in difficult social conditions. It is the story of the love and pain that an Afghan couple lives to avoid war in the region without borders. The poster feautures the presence of the tent inside the text in which all the letters are cut with scissors manually and placed on the craft paper and scanned.
