NASA’s Vintage Horror Posters

NASA has added three new additions to its Galaxy of Horrors series, which stars ghoulish celestial phenomena in the form of sci-fi film posters from the past. Each poster spotlights a difference space object, and includes factual information about it.

NASA & Snoopy Posters!

To celebrate 20 years of continuous human presence on the its international space stations, NASA partnered with Peanuts Worldwide, LLC, to develop a unique product series of posters featuring everyone’s favorite Beagle, Snoopy!

The four SFA posters feature illustrations of Snoopy at the International Space Station (ISS), each with a different message for employees focusing on crew’s safety and teamwork. All four posters include the Space Flight Awareness logo and the commemorative insignia designed for 20 years on the International Space Station.

NASA Poster Advertises New Discovery TRAPPIST-1

Ever wondered what life on other planets would be like? NASA recently made an amazing discovery! TRAPPIST-1e is one of the seven Earth-size alien worlds around the dwarf star TRAPPIST-1. In order to commemorate this amazing discovery, NASA created a series of awesome posters imagining how the planets look and what it would be like if we lived there. One of the posters shows two children looking through a window watching a red sky and the other 6 planets of the system from TRAPPIST-1e, one of the three habitable planets from that system where water is thought to exist. Although this is unlikely (the system is 39 light years away from us) you can learn more about this amazing discovery here.

Houston, we have a poster!

In fact, many awesome ones in this collection of futuristic NASA posters called: “Visions of the Future”. The series pulls in a vintage feel with fonts and designs but also projects into the future by featuring potential planets for tourism, including exotic exoplanets. A fascinating sight indeed!
