Cats. Those little furry balls. Who doesn’t love them? True, we are in this page for posters. Now imagine mixing cats and posters! The result? An awesome campaign with the idea of replacing all ads with pictures of adorable kitties.

High-Tech adoption posters and billboards

Ogilvy & Mather UK created an original and creative high-tech campaign for the Battersea Dogs & Cats Home using a simple idea: that homeless animals often follow people around in the street. The #LookingForYou campaign makes use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) tags hidden inside brochures given out to pedestrians as the enter Westfield Stratford City in East London. As they make their way around the centre, the RFID tags activate billboards showing Barley (a former Battersea dog) literally following them around as though looking for a new owner.

Hungry Cats poster campaign

The brand Temptations Cat Treats has created an original poster campaign that shows how their products are simply irresistible to cats. They unleashed several hungry cats into a studio, and allowed them to pounce on the packs of cat treats, clawing and biting them to get to the food inside. 43 attacks later they had some new lovely posters, featuring what was left of the cat treat packages.

The project was created in collaboration with adam&eveDDB London. As part of the campaign the brand encouraged its costumers to upload their own photographs of ravaged cat treat packs to social media with the hashtag ‘#PackAttack’.
